<p>La réalisation de ces<strong> 5 chalets</strong> se déroule autour de thèmes précis, fils rouges du développement du projet d&rsquo;énsemble. Une étude globale a été réalisée sur la <strong>circulation</strong>, les différentes zones et leurs intéractions avant même de rentrer dans le détails des espaces de chaque chalet privatisé. Nous avons développé deux thèmes : <strong>les bois</strong> et <strong>les milles et unes nuits</strong>. Bien que ces thèmes soient conotés, nous avons souhaité apporter de la subtilité dans le traitement des détails, des matériaux, du choix de mobilier tout en les alliant aux codes de la montagne.</p>
<p>Ces chalets doivent surprendre les visiteurs et leur offrir un univers plus large et plus riche que celui du simple c<strong>halet de montagne</strong>. Entre <strong>modernité</strong> et codes esthétiques de montagne, ces chalets répondent aux exigences des usagers et leur confort tout au long de leur séjour. Nous avons comme objectif d&rsquo;aller plus loin encore dans le développement de ce projet et offrir un nouveau regard aux usagers.</p>

<p>La r\u00e9alisation de ces<strong> 5 chalets<\/strong> se d\u00e9roule autour de th\u00e8mes pr\u00e9cis, fils rouges du d\u00e9veloppement du projet d'\u00e9nsemble. Une \u00e9tude globale a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur la <strong>circulation<\/strong>, les diff\u00e9rentes zones et leurs int\u00e9ractions avant m\u00eame de rentrer dans le d\u00e9tails des espaces de chaque chalet privatis\u00e9. Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 deux th\u00e8mes :\u00a0<strong>les bois<\/strong> et <strong>les milles et unes nuits<\/strong>. Bien que ces th\u00e8mes soient conot\u00e9s, nous avons souhait\u00e9 apporter de la subtilit\u00e9 dans le traitement des d\u00e9tails, des mat\u00e9riaux, du choix de mobilier tout en les alliant aux codes de la montagne.<\/p>\n

<p>Ces chalets doivent surprendre les visiteurs et leur offrir un univers plus large et plus riche que celui du simple c<strong>halet de montagne<\/strong>. Entre <strong>modernit\u00e9<\/strong> et codes esth\u00e9tiques de montagne, ces chalets r\u00e9pondent aux exigences des usagers et leur confort\u00a0tout au long\u00a0de leur s\u00e9jour. <p>La rénovation et l&rsquo;extension de ce chalet a été confié à nos équipes d&rsquo;architectes et architectes d&rsquo;intérieur pour répondre au mieux aux attentes de nos clients. Ils occupent leur chalet une partie de l&rsquo;année mais le louent le reste du temps pour des groupes <strong>passionnés de montagne</strong> et <strong>d&rsquo;activité de plein air!</strong></p>
<p>La <strong>rénovation intérieure</strong> consiste en la réorganisation des espaces, le choix de nouveaux matériaux et la mise en valeur de la montagne. Nous privilégions donc l&rsquo;utilisation du <strong>bois</strong>, de <strong>tissus</strong>, de <strong>cuir</strong>, de <strong>pierre</strong>, tout en apportant une personnalité unique dans le choix des couleurs. Nous allions les éléments rappelant la montagne, le <strong>rustique</strong> à des <strong>éléments très contemporains</strong> pour jouer sur les <strong>contrastes</strong>, la surprise et ne pas tomber dans des stéréotypes ou images d&rsquo;épinal de la montagne.</p>
<p>Notre parti pris dans de nombreux projets est de définir des <strong>thèmes</strong> pour guider la conception tout au long du développement du projet. Ici, chaque chambre évolue autour d&rsquo;une thème précis : <strong>Un Air Printanier</strong>, <strong>Un Automne en Fôret</strong>, <strong>Les Sommets Enneigés</strong>&#8230;</p>

Ce bâtiment type <strong><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans','serif';">chalet</span></strong>, en maçonnerie et bois est totalement réhabilité et vient accueillir un programme d&rsquo;<strong><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans','serif';">hôtel de luxe</span></strong>. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous trouverons un accueil doté d&rsquo;un <strong><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans','serif';">espace lounge</span></strong>, un <strong><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans','serif';">restaurant</span></strong> ainsi qu&rsquo;un <strong><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans','serif';">espace bien être</span></strong>, <strong><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans','serif';">spa</span></strong>. Les 3 niveaux supérieurs accueilleront des chambres ainsi que quelques <strong><span style="font-family: 'Open Sans','serif';">suites</span></strong>.</span></p>

<p>Le projet du <strong>Levana</strong> consite en la rénovation de la salle du restaurant de l&rsquo;hôtel situé à <strong>Tignes</strong>. Notre objectif fût d&rsquo;améliorer la circulation dans la salle, de créer des espaces distincts pour le petit déjeuner des visiteurs de l&rsquo;hôtel, le déjeuner en salle et terrasse le midi comme le soir. L&rsquo;atmosphère recherchée a été un véritable <strong>cocon</strong> en montagne, une <strong>nature</strong> qui s&rsquo;invite à l&rsquo;intérieur avec l&rsquo;utilisation subtile du<strong> bois</strong> tout en apportant une touche <strong>contemporaine</strong> et <strong>originale</strong>.</p>
<p><span>Un traitement approfondi sur les matériaux, couleurs, ambiances et le mobilier a été finement réalisé.</span></p>

<p>Démarré au printemps 2016, le chantier de ce projet est en cours. Le travail a été mené avec les services de la mairie pour aboutir à cette architecture contemporaine dans la ligne de la<strong> tradition d’architecture du XXème siècle</strong> très présente sur la commune de Tignes. La mairie avait clairement exprimé le souhait de ne pas avoir un énième pastiche de chalet savoyard. L’enjeu de ce projet est de s’implanter dans un secteur relativement dense, sur une pente importante (18m de dénivelé sur l’emprise de la construction) tout en proposant des chambres <strong>largement ouvertes sur les sommets de la station</strong>. Le programme intègre des équipements aquatiques (SPA, piscine, hammam…) deux restaurants, des espaces de réception, salon, bar…). Tous ces espaces s’organisent autour d’une <strong>colonne vertébrale centrale</strong> qui permet la desserte des 10 niveaux tout en respectant les nombreuses règles incendie et d’accessibilité des personnes à mobilité réduite. <strong>La forme prismatique</strong> du bâtiment avec des arêtes saillantes dialoguera avec le <strong>grand paysage très minéral et accidenté</strong>. La qualité des matériaux que sont le bois, le verre, l’aluminium, et le béton donneront à voir et à toucher de la texture de la matière, des reflets <strong>à l’échelle de la rue.</strong></p>

<p>D\u00e9marr\u00e9 au printemps 2016, le chantier de ce projet est en cours. Le travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 avec les services de la mairie pour aboutir \u00e0 cette architecture contemporaine dans la ligne de la<strong> tradition d\u2019architecture du XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle<\/strong> tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente sur la commune de Tignes. La mairie avait clairement exprim\u00e9 le souhait de ne pas avoir un \u00e9ni\u00e8me pastiche de chalet savoyard. L\u2019enjeu de ce projet est de s\u2019implanter dans un secteur relativement dense, sur une pente importante (18m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 sur l\u2019emprise de la construction) tout en proposant des chambres\u00a0<strong>largement ouvertes sur les sommets de la station<\/strong>. Le programme int\u00e8gre des \u00e9quipements aquatiques (SPA, piscine, hammam\u2026) deux restaurants, des espaces de r\u00e9ception, salon, bar\u2026). Tous ces espaces s\u2019organisent autour d\u2019une <strong>colonne vert\u00e9brale centrale<\/strong> qui permet la desserte des 10 niveaux tout en respectant les nombreuses r\u00e8gles incendie et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite. <strong>La forme prismatique<\/strong> du b\u00e2timent avec des ar\u00eates saillantes dialoguera avec le <strong>grand paysage tr\u00e8s min\u00e9ral et accident\u00e9<\/strong>.
