<p>Le projet des Terrasses de Saint-Nazaire porte sur <strong>la réhabilitation d’une grange existante </strong>et la <strong>création d’une extension</strong>. Situé dans la vallée du Grésivaudan, St Nazaire Les Eymes est un village peuplé de maisons individuelles, notamment en <strong>pierre</strong> et <strong>bois</strong>. La grange existante est transformée en <strong>4 appartements de standing </strong>d’environ 80 m² chacun. Ils sont tous orientés <strong>Sud-Ouest</strong> afin de bénéficier d’une <strong>vue sur la chaine de Belledonne </strong>et du soleil en fin de journée. L’aspect extérieur de l&rsquo;existant est conservé grâce à l’isolation par l’intérieur qui permet de garder les façades en pierre au RDC et au R+1. Le R+2 et le R+3 sont habillés de <strong>bois vieilli</strong> afin de s’accorder au patrimoine bâti proche. Le reste de la parcelle non bâtie permet la <strong>construction d’une maison individuelle</strong> qui reprend les grands principes et les matériaux de la rénovation.</p>
