<p>Le projet de <strong>94 logements </strong>du <strong>Grand Verger </strong>est un projet d’ensemble. <strong>Premier concours remporté par nôtre équipe</strong>, le projet développe de <strong>l’habitat individuel</strong>, de <strong>l’habitat intermédiaire</strong> et des petits bâtiments de <strong>logements collectifs</strong> au cœur d’un <strong>parc paysagé </strong>de plus de 2 hectares. Les bâtiments sont morcelés en îlots de dimensions et orientations différentes pour s’adapter aux <strong>vues</strong>, aux accès, créer du singulier et limiter les problèmes de vis-à-vis. Un <strong>aménagement paysager</strong> proposé par la mairie vient sublimer la <strong>déambulation</strong> au cœur de ce petit village. De grands espaces de verdure profitent à chacun. De plus, chaque logement joui d’un <strong>espace extérieur privatif</strong>, rez-de-jardin, terrasse ou loggia. De nouvelles placettes facilitent les rencontres entre les habitants, de même pour les espaces communs : garages à vélos, compostes, jardins partagés. <strong>Des zones de stationnement</strong> sont <strong>enterrées</strong> pour ouvrir l’espace visuel. Néanmoins, des places extérieures permettent un accès plus rapide aux logements. La <strong>circulation </strong>est<strong> fluide</strong> et facilitée par tout l’aménagement de voirie, hiérarchisée pour les <strong>différentes façons de se déplacer</strong> : automobile, cycliste, piéton. Les volumes ne dépassent pas les R+2 et les <strong>toitures</strong> sont <strong>végétalisées</strong> pour une <strong>intégration</strong> globale du projet dans son <strong>environnement</strong>. Une <strong>démarche écologique</strong> est pensée sur l’ensemble du projet, notamment sur les déplacements, le compostage et l’accès au potager autogéré.</p>
