<p>Cette façade de la nouvelle usine SOPREMA située à Beaune dispose d’un emplacement privilégié. Elle fait directement face à l’autoroute A6, un axe important entre Paris et le Sud de la France.</p>
<p>Elle mesure environ 160 mètres de long pour 12 mètres de hauteur, et dispose de plus de 300 panneaux. Ces derniers jouent un rôle clé sur l’identité visuelle du bâtiment mais aussi sur l’effet que celui-ci produit :</p>
<p>De jour, ces panneaux créent une illusion de mouvement qui accompagne chaque usager sur l’autoroute. Un travail sur la couleur accentue cet effet en la faisant évoluer tout au long du passage.</p>
<p>De nuit, cette même illusion de mouvement est cette fois-ci produite par un ensemble de lumières LED semblant suivre le conducteur depuis l’autoroute.</p>

<p>Situé le long de la rue de la Condamine<br />à Gières, son accès pratique depuis la<br />rue crée une connectivité directe et<br />dynamique avec le quartier environnant.<br />L’accès au hall d’entrée se fait au moyen<br />d’une voirie surélevée ou par un escalier<br />directement depuis le trottoir.<br />L’hôtel se décline sur 3 et 5 niveaux<br />habitables en deux plots implantés en<br />L, créant ainsi un volume architectural<br />échelonné sur deux hauteurs qui reste<br />en harmonie avec le paysage urbain<br />environnant. Les chambres d’hôtel au<br />nombre total de 183 sont réparties sur les<br />différents étages supérieurs majoritairement<br />ainsi qu’au RDC pour une petite partie (18<br />chambres). L’hôtel compte également<br />des locaux réservés au personnel (bureau,<br />lingerie, salle de pause, etc…).<br />L’utilisation d’une architecture simple et<br />contemporaine, avec des décrochés de<br />volume au niveau R+4 crée un rythme<br />sur les façades et une faille visuelle entre<br />l’hôtel et les bureaux. Les décrochés ainsi<br />que les jeux de matériaux, d’ouvertures et<br />de couleurs confèrent au bâtiment une<br />apparence moderne.</p>

<p>Le bâtiment s’implante sur le lot 19 de la <strong>ZAC Terre neuve</strong> d’environ <strong>6178 m²</strong> situé au 110 Rue Thomas Edison à <strong>Gilly-sur-Isère</strong>.</p>
<p>Le projet est composé d’un immeuble de bureaux en R+2/R+4, un parking à l’aire libre de 118 places voitures et 37 places vélo, un local vélo fermé et couvert d’une capacité d’environ 10 places et un espace extérieur aménagé au milieu de l’espace boisé.</p>
<p>La conception de cette opération est soigneusement pensée dès le début, tant sur le plan architectural que technique. L&rsquo;orientation du bâtiment est <strong>optimisée</strong> pour profiter au maximum de <strong>l&rsquo;éclairage naturel</strong> et de l&rsquo;apport solaire, ce qui peut réduire les besoins en éclairage artificiel et en chauffage. Sa <strong>compacité</strong> volumétrique signifie que le bâtiment est conçu de manière à minimiser les pertes d&rsquo;énergie dues à une surface extérieure excessive par rapport au volume intérieur. Cela permet de mieux contrôler les échanges thermiques avec l&rsquo;environnement extérieur. <br />Le chauffage des parties commune est entièrement assuré par <strong>l&rsquo;énergie solaire</strong> recouvrant l&rsquo;ensemble de la toiture et la façade Sud du bâtiment.</p>
<p>Du côté technique, un soin particulier est apporté à la composition des parois car elles jouent un rôle essentiel pour garantir une faible consommation d&rsquo;énergie en chauffage et en refroidissement.</p>
<p>Le but ultime de cette approche est de parvenir à une <strong>haute performance énergétique et environnementale</strong>, ce qui signifie que le bâtiment vise à être très économe en énergie et à limiter son impact sur l&rsquo;environnement. En atteignant ces normes élevées, cette opération se conforme largement à la Réglementation Environnementale RE2020</p>

Sa <strong>compacit\u00e9<\/strong> volum\u00e9trique signifie que le b\u00e2timent est con\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 minimiser les pertes d'\u00e9nergie dues \u00e0 une surface ext\u00e9rieure excessive par rapport au volume int\u00e9rieur. Cela permet de mieux contr\u00f4ler les \u00e9changes thermiques avec l'environnement ext\u00e9rieur. <br \/>Le chauffage des parties commune est enti\u00e8rement assur\u00e9 par <strong>l'\u00e9nergie solaire<\/strong> recouvrant l'ensemble de la toiture et la fa\u00e7ade Sud du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n

<p>Ce bâtiment <strong>situé à l&rsquo;entrée du campus universitaire de Saint-Martin-d&rsquo;Hères</strong> à l&rsquo;architecture remarquable est conçu sur la base d&rsquo;un socle, dont l&rsquo;entrée vitrée en double hauteur permet de marquer l&rsquo;accès.</p>
<p>Les façades sont traitées avec de grandes ouvertures horizontales afin d&rsquo;accorder <strong>un éclairage naturel aux espaces de travail.</strong><br />Les ouvertures côté parc offrent<strong> une vue arborée </strong>depuis chaque lot. Dans l&rsquo;angle du bâtiment formant la pointe, des terrasses sont aménagées et accessibles de tous les niveau.</p>
<p>Au Sud, une double peau constituée de troncs<br />verticaux font office de masques solaires, maximisant le confort d&rsquo;été et <strong>créant une identité visuelle forte</strong>.</p>
<p>Utilisant des <strong>énergies renouvelables</strong>, cet édifice<br />efficient dispose de panneaux solaires.</p>

<p>Le projet se situe sur la commune de Saint Martin d&rsquo;Hères, il porte sur la démolition du bâtiment existant pour la <strong>construction d&rsquo;une école de commerce. </strong></p>
<p>Le bâtiment dont la volumétrie générale est en longueur se décompose de la manière suivante : un RDC qui abrite le hall d&rsquo;entrée, une cafétaria, une salle polyvalente ainsi que des bureaux puis se trouvent aux étages supérieurs (R+1 à R+4) des salles de classes et des bureaux. </p>
<p>L&rsquo;implantation du bâtiment permet d&rsquo;orienter les salles de classes vers l&rsquo;Est.</p>

<p>Ce projet situé à Bernin comprend le <strong>réaménagement du réfectoire d’entreprise</strong> de SOITEC, d’une surface de 200m², comprenant <strong> la construction d’une mezzanine hors norme</strong> de 70m² ainsi que la réalisation d’une <strong>extension</strong> de 110m². Les principaux besoins du projet sont l’agrandissement de la surface du réfectoire ainsi que la <strong>gestion de l’acoustique</strong> dans tout l’espace. Une mezzanine vient sensiblement l’agrandir mais pour considérablement augmenter le nombre de tables, une extension s’implante sur le site, employant le même vocabulaire architectural que le bâtiment. Nous avons donc conçu une <strong>boîte en verre</strong> marquant d’autant plus l’espace commun à tous les usagers du site. De ce fait, un espace extérieur aux airs de patio leur est offert pour profiter pleinement de la <strong>vue sur le grand paysage </strong>lors des repas. La mezzanine est conçue telle une <strong>structure extraordinaire en acier</strong>, bénéficiant d’un <strong>traitement acoustique sur mesure</strong>.</p>
