<p>Les bâtiments se présentent en 3 volumes simples<br />développant une architecture contemporaine couverte par une toiture végétalisée.</p>
<p>Ces reculs sur tout le pourtour de la parcelle permettent la préservation d&rsquo;une haie existante elle aidera à au développement de la biodiversité sur le site.</p>
<p>Les bâtiments sont tous implantés de sorte à préserver l&rsquo;intimité de chacun en limitant au maximum les vis-à-vis.</p>
<p>Des balcons habillent les façades, ils seront<br />supportés par une structure rapportée en poteaux et poutres béton. Ainsi les façades sont animées par un jeu d&rsquo;alternance entre pleins et vides complété par la présence de brise vue teinte bois.</p>

<p>Ce programme de<strong> logements collectifs</strong> se développe sur 3 bâtiments de 4 niveaux et d’un attique.</p>
<p> Au RDC, un <strong>socle commun</strong> reliant 2 des 3 bâtiments permet l’aménagement d’une surface commerciale d’environ 300m² à destination d’un ou plusieurs<strong> commerces et services.</strong> Les futurs habitants bénéficieront d’un <strong>écrin de verdure</strong> en pleine ville grâce au parc paysager est prévu dans lequel est intégré un espace récréatif arboré et engazonné. Le bâtiment A est réservé à la fois à la location et à l’accession tandis que les bâtiments B et C sont dédiés exclusivement à l’accession. L’implantation des<strong> bâtiments en quinconce</strong> supprime les vis-à-vis directs entre les logements et permet à chaque habitant de bénéficier d’une double orientation avec un beau séjour en angle. De plus, cette disposition favorise aussi un <strong>ensoleillement optimisé</strong> ainsi que différents points de vue sur le paysage proche et lointain.</p>

<p>Situé au Pont de Claix, ce projet d’immeuble collectif réalise <strong>34 logements</strong> sur 5 niveaux + attique. Cet immeuble est pensé comme un <strong>noyau compact </strong>entouré d’une <strong>seconde peau</strong> de <strong>balcons filants</strong> sur lesquels vient grimper de la végétation. Le noyau est en maçonnerie enduit d’un beige très clair, un attique plus sombre et des sous faces de balcons aux camaïeux de vert dégradés par étages. Au rez-de-chaussée, des espaces communs donnent directement sur la rue alors que 4 grands appartements profitent de leurs jardins orientés Sud et Ouest en cœur d’îlot. Les étages supérieurs accueillent des logements aux <strong>doubles orientations</strong> et leurs balcons filants. Le noyau est généreusement percé pour offrir de <strong>larges vues </strong>aux habitants. Des <strong>brises soleils coulissants</strong> leur permettent de se protéger du soleil en plein été sans masquer le <strong>grand paysage</strong>.</p>

<p>Le projet du Domaine de Couty, est situé à Challes-les-Eaux, en zone résidentielle. Ce projet de <strong>40 logements</strong> se séquence en 3 bâtiments en R+3. Orientés Est-Ouest, les logements profitent d’une vue dégagée sur la montagne. Les <strong>zones de stationnements sont enterrées</strong> pour maximiser la surface au sol permettant de proposer un <strong>aménagement paysager spacieux</strong> et <strong>attrayant</strong>. Ce projet est marqué par les <strong>enjeux écologiques</strong> liés au site, il prend place en limite d’une <strong>zone écologique classée</strong> de marais et se situe sur un corridor écologique. Le projet propose un <strong>traitement exemplaire des eaux pluviales.</strong></p>
<p>Chaque logement dispose d’un <strong>espace extérieur privé. </strong>De <strong>larges baies vitrées</strong> permettent une grande luminosité dans les pièces de vie. Les 3 bâtiments sont dessinés <strong>en terrasses</strong> pour une meilleure intégration dans le paysage. En effet, un <strong>jeu de volumétrie</strong> est réalisé grâce à <strong>l’unicité des étages</strong>, la <strong>position des balcons</strong> et un <strong>attique en bois</strong> qui fait penser à une <strong>maison sur le toit</strong> disposant de <strong>grandes terrasses</strong>. Les contrastes de matériaux et de structures apportent un aspect très <strong>contemporain</strong> et du <strong>relief </strong>aux <strong>volumes sobres </strong>des bâtiments.  Ce projet de logements intermédiaires aux <strong>allures de petites maisons </strong>offre à ses habitants une <strong>vue imprenable sur le grand paysage </strong>et <strong>tout le confort d’un logement individuel</strong> dans une <strong>architecture contemporaine </strong>et <strong>élégante</strong>.</p>

<p>Le projet du Domaine de Couty, est situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Challes-les-Eaux, en zone r\u00e9sidentielle. Ce projet de <strong>40 logements<\/strong>\u00a0se s\u00e9quence en 3 b\u00e2timents en R+3. Orient\u00e9s Est-Ouest, les logements profitent d\u2019une vue d\u00e9gag\u00e9e sur la montagne. <p>Le projet de <strong>94 logements </strong>du <strong>Grand Verger </strong>est un projet d’ensemble. <strong>Premier concours remporté par nôtre équipe</strong>, le projet développe de <strong>l’habitat individuel</strong>, de <strong>l’habitat intermédiaire</strong> et des petits bâtiments de <strong>logements collectifs</strong> au cœur d’un <strong>parc paysagé </strong>de plus de 2 hectares. Les bâtiments sont morcelés en îlots de dimensions et orientations différentes pour s’adapter aux <strong>vues</strong>, aux accès, créer du singulier et limiter les problèmes de vis-à-vis. Un <strong>aménagement paysager</strong> proposé par la mairie vient sublimer la <strong>déambulation</strong> au cœur de ce petit village. De grands espaces de verdure profitent à chacun. De plus, chaque logement joui d’un <strong>espace extérieur privatif</strong>, rez-de-jardin, terrasse ou loggia. De nouvelles placettes facilitent les rencontres entre les habitants, de même pour les espaces communs : garages à vélos, compostes, jardins partagés. <strong>Des zones de stationnement</strong> sont <strong>enterrées</strong> pour ouvrir l’espace visuel. Néanmoins, des places extérieures permettent un accès plus rapide aux logements. La <strong>circulation </strong>est<strong> fluide</strong> et facilitée par tout l’aménagement de voirie, hiérarchisée pour les <strong>différentes façons de se déplacer</strong> : automobile, cycliste, piéton. Les volumes ne dépassent pas les R+2 et les <strong>toitures</strong> sont <strong>végétalisées</strong> pour une <strong>intégration</strong> globale du projet dans son <strong>environnement</strong>. Une <strong>démarche écologique</strong> est pensée sur l’ensemble du projet, notamment sur les déplacements, le compostage et l’accès au potager autogéré.</p>

<p>Le projet de <strong>94 logements\u00a0<\/strong>du <strong>Grand Verger <\/strong>est un projet d\u2019ensemble. <strong>Premier concours remport\u00e9 par n\u00f4tre \u00e9quipe<\/strong>, le projet d\u00e9veloppe de <strong>l\u2019habitat individuel<\/strong>, de <strong>l\u2019habitat interm\u00e9diaire<\/strong> et des petits b\u00e2timents de <strong>logements collectifs<\/strong> au c\u0153ur d\u2019un <strong>parc paysag\u00e9 <\/strong>de plus de 2 hectares. Les b\u00e2timents sont morcel\u00e9s en \u00eelots de dimensions et orientations diff\u00e9rentes pour s\u2019adapter aux <strong>vues<\/strong>, aux acc\u00e8s, cr\u00e9er du singulier et limiter les probl\u00e8mes de vis-\u00e0-vis. Un <strong>am\u00e9nagement paysager<\/strong> propos\u00e9 par la mairie vient sublimer la <strong>d\u00e9ambulation<\/strong> au c\u0153ur de ce petit village. De grands espaces de verdure profitent \u00e0 chacun. De plus, chaque logement joui d\u2019un <strong>espace ext\u00e9rieur privatif<\/strong>, rez-de-jardin, terrasse ou loggia. De nouvelles placettes facilitent les rencontres entre les habitants, de m\u00eame pour les espaces communs\u00a0: garages \u00e0 v\u00e9los, compostes, jardins partag\u00e9s. <strong>Des zones de stationnement<\/strong> sont <strong>enterr\u00e9es<\/strong> pour ouvrir l\u2019espace visuel. N\u00e9anmoins, des places ext\u00e9rieures permettent un acc\u00e8s plus rapide aux logements. La <strong>circulation <\/strong>est<strong> fluide<\/strong> et facilit\u00e9e par tout l\u2019am\u00e9nagement de voirie, hi\u00e9rarchis\u00e9e pour les <strong>diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de se d\u00e9placer<\/strong>\u00a0: automobile, cycliste, pi\u00e9ton. <p>Cet axe fréquenté offre une séquence de transition entre<strong> l’ambiance agricole</strong> en amont et <strong>le bourg touristique</strong> où se situe son château en aval. Il en ressort une séquence routière à fort dénivelé, mettant en scène le paysage et une transformation progressive.</p>

<p>Le projet Navis (tranche 1 &#8211; logements) est un projet d’ensemble situé à Echirolles, au bord du Drac. Ce projet comprend <strong>5 bâtiments de logements collectifs</strong>. Ils s’insèrent parfaitement dans leur tissu environnant en jouant sur leur hauteur. En effet, le projet ne dépasse pas le R+5. Il  se déploie autour d’un <strong>espace végétalisé</strong> commun à tous les habitants. Un terrain de sport, de pétanque et des espaces naturels boisés sont reliés par une <strong>déambulation douce</strong> piétonne et cycliste. Les bâtiments sont traités différemment pour créer un dynamisme et des <strong>points de vue intelligents sur la chaîne de montagne du Vercors</strong>. Les bardages peuvent être en bois, réfléchissants ou simplement de couleurs et textures variées pour former un <strong>véritable petit village</strong>.</p>
<p>Les habitants, en périphérie de Grenoble, sont directement <strong>reliés à la ville</strong> par le réseau de transports en communs ou encore par la rocade Ouest.</p>

<p>Le projet des Templiers est un projet de <strong>logements collectifs</strong> et <strong>intermédiaires</strong> situé à Echirolles. Il prend place en pied de versant sur un terrain fortement marqué  par la présence d’un réseau hydrographique composé de sources, d’un ruisseau et d’une mare. Cette omniprésence de l’eau engendre un <strong>foisonnement de biodiversité</strong> à protéger et à mettre en valeur. De plus, le site de construction comprend des bâtiments existants patrimoniaux, dont une ancienne chapelle et une arche en pierre.</p>
<p>Ce <strong>patrimoine architectural</strong> et <strong>historique </strong>est un axe de développement important pour le projet car il nous faut le protéger et l’intégrer. Notre travail est guidé par ce contexte pour créer un <strong>parc central</strong> et valoriser le cours d’eau en aménageant un étang dont la moitié des berges est non accessible (protection de la faune). La disposition des accès et des bâtiments intègre la création de <strong>corridors écologiques</strong>. Les bâtiments s&rsquo;ouvrent largement sur la colline végétalisée et le parc partagé entre espaces paysagers et naturels. L’impact de la construction est limité par la création d’un maximum de <strong>stationnement en sous-sol</strong> et la réalisation de noues d’infiltration bordant toutes les circulations imperméables.</p>

<p>Ce projet d&rsquo;éco quartier situé à St Martin d&rsquo;Heres est un projet d&rsquo;ensemble composé de <strong>37 logements</strong> et d&rsquo;un aménagement paysager. Le projet s&rsquo;insère dans sa parcelle en s&rsquo;adaptant à <strong>l&rsquo;échelle du bâti environnant</strong> en proposant deux bâtiments en R+3 et R+4 et un bâtiment en R+2, pensé comme des petites <strong>maisons individuelles</strong>. L&rsquo;ensemble du bâti est sobre et des jeux de volumes et de balcons en bois vient rythmer la construction. De beaux espaces extérieurs en rez-de-chaussée permettent aux habitants de profiter des jardins, des terrasses et les espaces communs plantés favoriseront les <strong>échanges</strong> et <strong>rencontres</strong>.</p>
<p>Ce projet est conçu comme un ensemble avec un <strong>coeur d&rsquo;ilot paysager</strong> tandis que le bâtiment côté rue crée un véritable <strong>front bâti</strong> pour faire le lien avec les bâtiments voisins. </p>
<p>Au sein du projet on trouve un habitat participatif, un local commun, des espaces de jardins partagés et de compostage.</p>
