<p>Le présent projet est un collectif de 49 logements allant des typologies T2 jusqu&rsquo;au T5 situé sur la commune d<span>es Avanchers-Valmorel</span>.</p>
<p>Le bâtiment est développé selon une architecture traditionnelle et contemporaine à la fois.</p>
<p>Disposé à flan de montagne il est naturellement situé proche des pistes de ski. Le socle composé du R-1 et R-2 est traité de manière minérale par l’utilisation d’un enduit teinte pierre et d’un habillage de certains murs en pierre.</p>

<p>Démarré au printemps 2016, le chantier de ce projet est en cours. Le travail a été mené avec les services de la mairie pour aboutir à cette architecture contemporaine dans la ligne de la<strong> tradition d’architecture du XXème siècle</strong> très présente sur la commune de Tignes. La mairie avait clairement exprimé le souhait de ne pas avoir un énième pastiche de chalet savoyard. L’enjeu de ce projet est de s’implanter dans un secteur relativement dense, sur une pente importante (18m de dénivelé sur l’emprise de la construction) tout en proposant des chambres <strong>largement ouvertes sur les sommets de la station</strong>. Le programme intègre des équipements aquatiques (SPA, piscine, hammam…) deux restaurants, des espaces de réception, salon, bar…). Tous ces espaces s’organisent autour d’une <strong>colonne vertébrale centrale</strong> qui permet la desserte des 10 niveaux tout en respectant les nombreuses règles incendie et d’accessibilité des personnes à mobilité réduite. <strong>La forme prismatique</strong> du bâtiment avec des arêtes saillantes dialoguera avec le <strong>grand paysage très minéral et accidenté</strong>. La qualité des matériaux que sont le bois, le verre, l’aluminium, et le béton donneront à voir et à toucher de la texture de la matière, des reflets <strong>à l’échelle de la rue.</strong></p>

<p>D\u00e9marr\u00e9 au printemps 2016, le chantier de ce projet est en cours. Le travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 avec les services de la mairie pour aboutir \u00e0 cette architecture contemporaine dans la ligne de la<strong> tradition d\u2019architecture du XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle<\/strong> tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente sur la commune de Tignes. La mairie avait clairement exprim\u00e9 le souhait de ne pas avoir un \u00e9ni\u00e8me pastiche de chalet savoyard. L\u2019enjeu de ce projet est de s\u2019implanter dans un secteur relativement dense, sur une pente importante (18m de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 sur l\u2019emprise de la construction) tout en proposant des chambres\u00a0<strong>largement ouvertes sur les sommets de la station<\/strong>. Le programme int\u00e8gre des \u00e9quipements aquatiques (SPA, piscine, hammam\u2026) deux restaurants, des espaces de r\u00e9ception, salon, bar\u2026). Tous ces espaces s\u2019organisent autour d\u2019une <strong>colonne vert\u00e9brale centrale<\/strong> qui permet la desserte des 10 niveaux tout en respectant les nombreuses r\u00e8gles incendie et d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite. <strong>La forme prismatique<\/strong> du b\u00e2timent avec des ar\u00eates saillantes dialoguera avec le <strong>grand paysage tr\u00e8s min\u00e9ral et accident\u00e9<\/strong>. <p><span>Le projet du <strong>Grand Tetras</strong> est un projet de réhabilitation de bâtiment situé à <strong>Tignes</strong>. Ce bâtiment type <strong>chalet</strong>, en maçonnerie et bois est totalement réhabilité et vient accueillir un programme d&rsquo;<strong>hôtel de luxe</strong>. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous trouverons un accueil doté d&rsquo;un <strong>espace lounge</strong>, un <strong>restaurant</strong> ainsi qu&rsquo;un <strong>espace bien être</strong>, <strong>spa</strong>. Les 3 niveaux supérieurs accueilleront des chambres ainsi que quelques <strong>suites</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span>Un traitement approfondi sur les matériaux, couleurs, ambiances et le mobilier a été finement réalisé avec Julie Pocino, architecte d&rsquo;intérieur.</span></p>

Le bâtiment originel est composé d’une partie habitable sur trois niveaux et combles côté rue, et d’une grange à l’arrière. Les murs épais en maçonnerie tenaient de légers balcons en mélèze, abrités par de larges débords de toit courant sur l’ensemble des façades. Initialement, il s&rsquo;agissait d’une réhabilitation mais une reconstruction s&rsquo;est imposée pour des questions structurelles et techniques. Le projet participe à la mise en <strong>valeur de la qualité architecurale locale traditionnelle</strong> des Brévières en intégrant la nouvelle construction dans le paysage environnant.</p>
<p>L’ensemble sera réalisé avec des <strong>matériaux harmonieux</strong>, respectant les choix esthétiques de la commune et les teintes avoisinantes : un appareillage en pierre locale viendra habiller le soubassement du bâtiment sur deux niveaux, quand un enduit rustique parera les étages d’un aspect chaleureux. Les menuiseries seront en bois de teinte mélèze vieilli, identique au gardes corps, constitués de palines simples.</p>

<p>Au Nord du village des Bréviaires, aux abords de l’Isère, le projet a pour objet la<strong> transformation de l’école</strong> en un chalet-hôtel classé 4 étoiles.</p>
<p>Implanté en grande partie sur l’emprise du bâtiment existant, l’ensemble de l’étage et de la toiture existantes sont démolis pour créer une <strong>surélévation du bâtiment</strong> en ossature bois. Le RDC du bâtiment existant est partiellement conservé et prolongé pour aménager le spa, le garage et les locaux techniques. Les deux niveaux seront dédiés à l’hébergement ainsi qu’aux espaces partagés (cuisine, salle à manger, séjour, etc.). Les <strong>codes du chalet traditionnel</strong> sont repris en termes de volumétrie, de modénature et de matériaux : le soubassement en pierre du gresy brute tandis que la surélévation est traitée en ossature bois lamellé collé et l’habillage des façades en bardage bois de mélèze naturel. Cependant, les ouvertures sont traitées de façon <strong>plus contemporaine</strong> avec de larges baies toute hauteur pour profiter pleinement de l’ensoleillement et de la vue vers l’Isère.</p>

<p>Il s’agît d’une rénovation et d’une extension d’un chalet situé dans le hameau des Brévières, à Tignes. Le chalet actuel <strong>suit la pente du terrain</strong>, sa façade principale s’oriente vers l’ouest, contenant plus d’ouvertures que sur les autres façades.</p>
<p>L’extension et la surélévation sont essentiellement prévue vers la partie Est du bâtiment : le garage est agrandi, un étage est ajouté, la toiture est retravaillée. Seule la surélévation vient marquer une différence avec les chalets avoisinants. Les matériaux et couleurs choisis pour le bâtiment sont inspirés des constructions voisines et du <strong>langage architectural montagnard</strong>. Le projet reprend le bardage bois pour les parties hautes, avec du mélèze naturel saturé, et remplace l’enduit par un revêtement en pierre de Grésy avec joint à sec, similaire à l’existant. Les balcons sont déposés et reconstruits en bois de teinte similaire aux façades. La toiture est couverte par du bac acier, en accord avec les couleurs des toits avoisinants.</p>

<p>Il s\u2019ag\u00eet d\u2019une r\u00e9novation et d\u2019une extension d\u2019un chalet situ\u00e9 dans le hameau des Br\u00e9vi\u00e8res, \u00e0 Tignes. Le chalet actuel <strong>suit la pente du terrain<\/strong>, sa fa\u00e7ade principale s\u2019oriente vers l\u2019ouest, contenant plus d\u2019ouvertures que sur les autres fa\u00e7ades.<\/p>\n

<p>L\u2019extension et la sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation sont essentiellement pr\u00e9vue vers la partie Est du b\u00e2timent\u00a0: le garage est agrandi, un \u00e9tage est ajout\u00e9, la toiture est retravaill\u00e9e. Seule la sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation vient marquer une diff\u00e9rence avec les chalets avoisinants.\u00a0Les mat\u00e9riaux et couleurs choisis pour le b\u00e2timent sont inspir\u00e9s des constructions voisines et du <strong>langage architectural montagnard<\/strong>. <p>Le projet de l&rsquo;hôtel du Marais assure la jonction entre Les Boisses du Haut et Les Boisses du bas. Le concept est de proposer <strong>3 types d&rsquo;hébergements</strong> : des chambres classiques, des suites appartements, de suites chalets. Il intègre des <strong>équipements accessibles</strong> à tous dont un SPA de 300m², un restaurant de 300m² ainsi qu&rsquo;un magasin traiteur de 100m². Le projet est composé d&rsquo;une partie basse de 7 chalets pour assurer une <strong>transition douce</strong> avec l&rsquo;échelle des chalets voisins. Un jeu de retrait de <strong>terrasses minérales</strong> est surmonté par 2 chalets traditionnels de plain pied avec la route des Boisses du Haut.</p>
<p>Le projet reprends le <strong>vocabulaire architectural régional</strong> et respecte parfaitement le terrain naturel, l&rsquo;orientation des faîtages ainsi que les vues offertes par le <strong>grand paysage</strong>.</p>

<p>L’ensemble sera la <strong>création d’un Hébergement hôtelier et touristique classé 5 étoiles de 37 suites.</strong></p>
<p>Le parti pris architectural vise à construire un langage d’ensemble, <strong>un seul projet réunissant l’existant et le nouveau bâtiment</strong> dans le paysage. La finalité est de créer de nouvelles relations intérieures/extérieures plus inspirées de l&rsquo;architecture contemporaine (grandes ouvertures et un jeu plein-vide en façade).</p>

<p>Le projet porte sur la <strong>d\u00e9molition du b\u00e2timent des Airelles Montana \u00e0 Tignes<\/strong>, <strong>pour la construction d\u2019un nouveau b\u00e2timent.<\/strong> Le Planton, est quant \u00e0 lui conserv\u00e9 dans son emprise et sa volum\u00e9trie.<\/p>\n

<p>L\u2019ensemble sera la <strong>cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un H\u00e9bergement h\u00f4telier et touristique class\u00e9 5 \u00e9toiles de 37 suites.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<p>Le parti pris architectural vise \u00e0 construire un langage d\u2019ensemble, <strong>un seul projet r\u00e9unissant l\u2019existant et le nouveau b\u00e2timent<\/strong> dans le paysage. La finalit\u00e9 est de cr\u00e9er de nouvelles relations int\u00e9rieures\/ext\u00e9rieures plus inspir\u00e9es de l'architecture contemporaine (grandes ouvertures et un jeu plein-vide en fa\u00e7ade).<\/p>\n

<p>Il s’agît d’une construction d’un ensemble regroupant un<strong> hôtel 5*</strong> de 62 chambres et suites, un restaurant, un bar et 2 logements de fonction. Le site se trouve dans la<strong> station de sports d’hiver</strong> de la Rosière au départ des téléskis des Roches Noires et du Lièvre Blanc. Actuellement, la parcelle accueille le restaurant McKinley et le bâtiment mitoyen est le Relais du Petit Saint Bernard. Dans le cadre du projet, le McKinley sera démoli. Le nouvel hôtel sera composé au RDC d’un skiroom et de l’accueil tandis qu’à l’étage on y trouvera le restaurant, la piscine intérieure, l’espace bien être et les chambres.</p>
<p>Le programme assure un projet qui s’inscrit dans son environnement bâti car le gabarit des immeubles dessinés est proche de l’hôtel voisin et une transition est assurée entre les bâtiments par des mouvements de <strong>toitures ascendants</strong>. L’architecture du McKinley reprend le <strong>vocabulaire architectural des chalets savoyards</strong> avec un bardage bois naturelle, de la pierre naturelle et des menuiseries en bois.</p>
